This clinic has a special Transgender Outpatient clinic for providing HRT and other gender-affirming care for all gender identities. The staff is well-trained in respecting transgender patients, and the trans clinic was originally created under the guidance of a transgender doctor. The current main doctor of the clinic was trained by the original transgender doctor, has a good knowledge of trans healthcare, and speaks English. This clinic uses Japanese insurance as much as they are allowed to under the law.
